Golden Quarter Horses

Here at Golden Quarter horses we strive to offer a premium horse at an affordable price. Our intentions are to
produce quality working cow horses, roping, reining, cutting and barrel racing prospects. The solid breeding of our mares enables us to acheive this goal. One reason we are able to do this is because of the fillies we raised out of our great sire "Dundee Major".

		(Major Rene x Opie's Madonna) Dundee is now deceased, however we have two stallions who were sired by him.

		( Dundee Major x Bonalta Jet Bar) "Leaguer" has sired us many exceptionalfoals. We are extremely pleased with his offspring therefore he will continue to be a major part of our breeding program. "Leaguer" possesses the conformation and and intelligence to sire superior performers and to carry on the great bloodline of Bonanza. He is now breeding the mares that "Dundee" did in the past.
		( Dundee Major x Doc's Crimson Shadow) "Ace" is jet black like his grand sire, Major Rene. "Ace" is currently in training and will be brought into the breeding program once his training has been completed.

We have also brought in different bloodlines in our stallions to breed Dundee's fillies.

		(Gasohol x Bonalte Jet Bar) Native Dancer, Go Man Go, Three Jets, Three Bars, Mito Paint, Bonanza bloodlines. "Cruiser" was ranch raised and used in 2003 and 2004. (Now standing to the public)

		(Fast Moon Chic x Bonalta Jet Bar) "Rockum" represents of Martha Six Moons, Six Fols, Three Chicks, Three Jets, Bonanza and Sir Quincy Dan. He was brought into the breeding program in 2005 for Dundee's Filly's. (Now Standing to the public)

		(JD's Rebel Rouser x Shez EZ Chex Dee Bar) "Rouser" represents the bloodlines of Bugs Alive In 75, Givemalickin, Grab The Gold. 2005 was the first breeding season for Rouser with Dundee's Filly's. (standing to the public)

		(Mr. Clyde Hancock x Melody San) "Smoke" A blue roan, was brought in from Michigan; to breed some of Dundee's daughter's. Smoke represents the following bloodlines, Blue Nalentine, Hancock, Two Eyed Jack and Peppy San. 2005 was the first breeding season for Smoke.

		(Lil Red Tuckerchex x Shot For Parr Gal) "Chex" represents the bloodlines of, Zan Parr Bar, Doc Tom tucker, Tivio, Bueno Chex and Doc Bar. Chex was purchased in the spring of 2005; he is currently in training, and will be introduced to the breeding program in 2007.

		(Kits Moon Shadow x Bonalta Jet Bar) Represents the bloodlines of, Three Jets, Rocket Bar and Bonanza. He is currently in Training and will be introduced to the breeding program in 2007.

These bloodlines combined with the qualities in Dundee's fillies enables us to raise superior performers - with color as a bonus.

Our mares carry proven racing, performance and foundation pedigrees, with names such as, Three Jets, Rocket Bar, Coys Bonanza, Beduino, Time Line, Dash For Cash, Major Rene, Hyline Pepper, Streakin Six, Terribly Wicked, Special Effort, Millionaire Playboy, King Eddie San, Crimson War, Bar Sugar, Baron Bell, Sports War Leo, Leo Bar, Silver Chant, Two Eyed Fox, Secretariat, Old Tom Cat, Bold Request (paint), Roan Command, Mr Olena Doc, Peponitas, Blueboy Quincy, Rocky Bar Blackie, Grab The Sun, Laico Leo Bar, Docs Dee Bar, Chunky's Monkey, Peppy San, Skedadle Chick, Doc Bar, Dry Doc, Doc Tom Tucker, Quincy Dan and Colonel Freckles are in our broodmares bloodlines.
